Job Description:

Responsibilities:

    * Maintain updated list for judges with Philadelphia Bankruptcy System.
    * Key and proofread various court documents affiliated with the Commonwealth and Superior Court System. 
    * Update records consisting of Wills and Letters of Administration in the Department of Register of Wills at City Hall.
    * Apply public notices into the Atex System and mail out proofs of Affidavits to clients once their public notice has ran in the Legal Intelligencer.

Requirements:

    * Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Outlook Explorer and PowerPoint
    * Strong organizational skills
